Open your store's link in a browser. If the store has connected a Telegram bot, you can also open the app from that bot. You can browse without signing in; to place an order, sign in to your account.

If you cannot pay, apply a promo code, or enable notifications, open customer help. For questions about a purchase, contact your store through Profile → Support, if the store has added its contacts.
